Verizon Wireless card is not compatible with Windows 7. However you may try installing the drivers in Vista compatibility mode and check

Try installing the scanner drivers in Windows XP compatibility mode and check if that works.
Follow the steps to install the drivers in Windows XP and Vista compatibility mode:
1. Rightclick the icon on the desktop after downloading.
2. Click Properties and click CompatibilityTab.
3. Put a checkmark for “Run this program in Compatibility mode for”.
4. Click the dropdown and select Windows XP for HP printer and Windows Vista for Verizon wireless card.
5. Click Apply and click OK.

Canon i860 printer is compatible with Windows 7, you may download the drivers from the link and install the same and check if that works or not.
